This agreement is between MHHR Ventures Pty Ltd atf MHHR Ventures Trust ta Done On The Road (DOTR) and any affiliate partner. It outlines the conditions for paying referral fees to affiliates who refer new users to DOTR’s marketplace, Done On The Road (https://dotr.com.au).

Key Points of the Agreement

1. User Referral: Affiliates refer Australian users new to DOTR’s services. There’s no obligation for affiliates to make referrals or for DOTR to accept them.
2. Referral Method: Referrals are tracked through a unique link provided to affiliates in their Done On The Road portal.
3. Referral Fee: Affiliates are compensated as outlined in Schedule 1, following the successful registration or completion of a service by a referred customer through the affiliate’s unique referral link. DOTR reserves the right to adjust the referral fee structure at any discretion. A minimum accrual of $20 in referral fees is required before an affiliate can request a withdrawal of funds. This threshold must be met for any payouts to occur.
4. Privacy: MHHR Ventures Pty Ltd atf MHHR Ventures Trust ta Done On The Road will keep referred user information confidential according to their privacy policy.
5. Restrictions: There are specific rules for the referral program, listed in Schedule 2.
6. No Agency Relationship: This agreement doesn’t create a legal partnership or employment relationship between MHHR Ventures Pty Ltd atf MHHR Ventures Trust ta Done On The Road and the affiliate.
7. Agreement Duration: The agreement starts when an affiliate generates a referral link and ends when either party notifies the other to terminate it.
8. Indemnity: Affiliates must cover any losses MHHR Ventures Pty Ltd atf MHHR Ventures Trust ta Done On The Road faces due to agreement breaches or negligent acts by the affiliate.
9. General Provisions: MHHR Ventures Pty Ltd atf MHHR Ventures Trust ta Done On The Road can change the agreement terms. If a part of the agreement is invalid, the rest still applies. Affiliates can’t transfer their rights under this agreement. If the agreement ends, no future referral fees are payable.
10. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by New South Wales law.

Compliance with Promotional Requirements

• Please ensure that you are adhering to Australia’s promotional requirements, including the disclosure of promotional and affiliate links when referring users to DOTR’s services. This adherence is crucial for maintaining transparency with followers and for the integrity of our referral program.

Schedule 1 – Payment Details

• $1 for each valid registration.
• $5 for each completed service.

Schedule 2 – Restrictions

• No use of banners or links in certain digital spaces like newsgroups, chat rooms, etc.
• No desktop advertising schemes.
• No referrals of non-Australian users.
• No SPAM. First offense leads to agreement termination.
• No direct traffic from Google Adwords/Bing to affiliate links without passing through your site.
• No fraudulent activities to generate commissions. Fraud leads to termination and voided commissions.
• Breaking these rules can result in termination and loss of all commissions.
